核心設備部署：應滿足視頻監控專網多業務、高負載處理的應用需要，確保網絡核心的穩定性和可靠性。
功能分區：根據視頻和數據業務特點，對網絡設備進行分區介入和管理，各功能區域的交換機通過千兆或萬兆接口接入核心交換機。
網絡安全：視頻監控系統應組件視頻監控專網，專網與其他業務網絡和互聯網之間進行安全隔離，對外部網絡的病毒、非法入侵行為進行防禦。
網絡管理：採用通用標準的SNMP協議，實現對視頻監控專網內所有網絡設備、服務器的管理。
