单组份金属烤漆表面丝印油墨，无需烘烤，耐酒精擦拭不掉色；适用于多种金属的烤漆表面、五金喷粉表面，墨层均匀，颜料分散性好，细度均匀，不干网，过网性、流平性良好，固化后对极性底材具有优异的附着力，涂膜具有较高的硬度及良好的耐水性、耐候性、耐化学药品性。无需添加固化剂，温度25℃，24小时可实干。印刷方便，可以丝印和移印！
1. 油墨技术参考   
   粘度：5000-15000CPS（因温度、颜色而异）
   细度：5um↓
   附着力：5B优
   自干：25℃时，24小时固化；烘干：60℃时，30分钟固化
   过网性能：200目-400目网纱（用金、银、珠光粉调配之油墨除外）
   稀释剂：L-3E专用稀释剂
   涂覆面积：25-35㎡/㎏（测试以300目聚脂单丝感光胶、网版为标准）
2. 油墨使用方法
   根据需要可添加10-30％稀释剂进行稀释。
受到污染的素材应在表面用去渍油清洗或擦拭，以利于印刷效果优异

Printing: 
Choose for 100-350 mesh mesh to 120 T nets yarn with coverage area calculation per kilogram of 30 to 35 ㎡. 
Dry time table natural volatilize 5 to 15 minutes, action in time within 24 hours, after 48 hours of optimum performance. 
1. With matching special thinner, open oil and water 
2. Wash washing nets with 718 net.
