2024年2月29日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票对进口自中国的圆锥滚子轴承（Tapered Roller Bearings）作出第五次反倾销日落复审产业损害肯定性终裁，裁定若取消现行反倾销措施，在合理可预见期间内，涉案产品的进口对美国国内产业造成的实质性损害可能继续或再度发生。根据终裁结果，本案现行反倾销措施继续有效。
1987年6月15日，美国商务部开始正式对进口自中国的圆锥滚子轴承征收反倾销税。此后，美国对该案先后进行了四次日落复审并作出肯定性终裁，分别于2000年7月11日、2006年9月15日、2012年8月30日和2018年10月17日，四次延长反倾销税的有效期。2023年9月1日，美国商务部对进口自中国的圆锥滚子轴承发起第五次反倾销日落复审调查。2023年12月15日，美国商务部对进口自中国的圆锥滚子轴承作出第五次反倾销快速日落复审终裁。

According to the final ruling, the existing anti-dumping measures in this case continue to be effective.
On June 15, 1987, the U.S. Department of Commerce officially imposed anti-dumping duties on tapered roller bearings imported from China. Since then, the United States has conducted four sunset reviews and made positive final rulings on the case, respectively on July 11, 2000, September 15, 2006, August 30, 2012 and October 17, 2018, to extend the validity of anti-dumping duties four times. On September 1, 2023, the US Department of Commerce launched the fifth anti-dumping sunset review investigation on tapered roller bearings imported from China. On December 15, 2023, the US Department of Commerce made the fifth anti-dumping rapid sunset review final ruling on tapered roller bearings imported from China.
